Job Description

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and superstructure equipment
Perform scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc, oil filter/seal replacement, brake pads replacement, tyres replacement/rotation and component replacements
Test and calibrate vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications
Usage of diagnostic tools, special tools, equipment to ensure accurate and effective repair works
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
