Role Summary

Lady M is hiring Junior Pastry Chefs (Full-Time & Part-Time) to support daily pastry production and maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene in our kitchen operations.

We are looking for candidates who are able to commence work within 1–2 weeks’ notice.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in pastry are welcome to apply and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, cakes, and crêpes according to established recipes and standards

• Carry out daily mise en place and basic baking tasks

• Ensure product quality, portion control, and consistency

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations

• Follow SOPs, food safety guidelines, and kitchen policies

• Support inventory handling and minimize wastage

• Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without the need for employer sponsorship

• Fresh graduates in Pastry & Baking / Culinary Arts are welcome

• Relevant pastry or bakery experience will be an advantage

• Willingness to learn and take instruction in a production kitchen

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Able to commence work within 1–2 weeks’ notice

• Experience in crêpe making and/or mille crêpes baking will be an advantage

Working Conditions

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Physically fit to stand for long hours
