Van Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Deliveries: Ensure the prompt delivery of tofu products to our customers, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery times.
• Stock Management: Prepare and load stocks into the delivery truck accurately, ensuring that all products are handled with care.
• Shelf Topping:Replenish display shelves in supermarkets, ensuring that products are well-stocked and attractively presented.
• Returns Handling: Collect and manage returns from customers, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
• Empty Basket Collection: Retrieve empty baskets from customers and ensure they are returned to the warehouse for reuse.
• Invoice Issuance: Utilize handheld devices to issue invoices accurately to customers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the Unicurd product range and promotions to assist customers with any inquiries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Primary/Secondary education
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driver's license, Class 4 preferred, with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery or sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate handheld devices for invoicing and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload products and handle deliveries efficiently.
