Visual Merchandising

You will be responsible for enhancing the in-store customer experience through effective visual merchandising across supermarket channels.

Job Description:

• Ensure displays, and signage are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Organize store shelves, set up displays, pricing and promotional signs
• Collaborate with the ops team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly
• Consolidate daily wastage report on weekly / monthly basis
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Service-minded and customer-centric;
• Motivated detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task, adapt to rapid changes, and work with a tight timeline.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A strong team player with great interpersonal skills;
• Possess 2-3 years of F&B knowledge, working in supermarket retail experiences, etc.;
• 5 days work week, able to travel islandwide
