WAITER

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers promptly and politely.
• Present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Handle billing and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining area.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
