Warehouse Assistant (Distribution)

PURPOSE OF JOB

To assist in running the warehouse operations such as picking and packing of products or finished goods for shipment

JOB FUNCTION

- Responsible for FG load configuration per the quality system.

- Receive and verify quantities, types of items and condition on all products or finished goods

- Ensure timely deliveries of products to production or finished goods for shipments

- Ensure inventory accuracy in the store area along with good housekeeping standards

- Ensure GMP compliance within store area

- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all related safety regulation

- Participate in cycle counting of inventory

- Licensed to operate lift truck for storing and retrieving inventory

INTERACTION

Close internal liaison with all internal department and external communication with freight forwarders or transporter (when necessary).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- Minimum primary education with relevant experience preferred.

- Able to read and write simple English.

- Licensed to operate lift truck for storing and retrieving inventory.
