Job Responsibilities

• Handle, check, receive, pick, pack, and store all stock items.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Inspect food products for quantity, quality, and type upon receipt.
• Maintain proper labeling and identification of stock.
• Report any damages or discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed.
• Perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the maintenance and servicing of warehouse tools, machinery, and trucks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse premises.
• Drive company lorries for local deliveries (if applicable).
• Support other business units as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Ability to handle food products with care and attention to hygiene.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Valid forklift / driver’s license (Class 3 or above) is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
