Job Description

Operations Management:Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
Inventory Management:Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accuracy of stock records.
Staff Management:Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
Safety and Compliance:Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, implementing and enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Logistics Coordination:Coordinating transportation and logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
Budget Management:Developing and managing the warehouse budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Process Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implementing changes, and optimizing workflow.
Reporting and Analysis:Generating reports on warehouse performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to management.
