Wet Trade Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise wet trade works such as plastering, tiling and screeding.
• Coordinate daily work activities and manage wet trade workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and site requirements.
• Monitor work progress and meet project timelines.
• Check work quality and rectify defects when required.
• Ensure safety rules are followed on site.
• Coordinate with other trades for smooth site operations.
• Manage materials and reduce wastage.
• Report work progress to Site/Project Manager.
• Maintain site records and report.

Job Description

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in wet trade works (plastering, tiling, screeding, concreting, etc.).
• Experience in supervising workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Experience in local construction projects is preferred.
• Team player with a responsible and hands-on attitude.
• Must able to communicate in Mandarin.
