WOOD PROCESSING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workers in cutting, shaping, and processing wood products
• Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely
• Monitor production schedules and maintain quality standards
• Train and support staff to meet performance and safety targets
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Maintain records of materials, output, and labor

✅ Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in wood processing or related manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of wood types, processing techniques, and equipment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations
