Job Description

At least diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering.
At least 5 years experiences in managing steel or construction workshop or any heavy industry workshop, experiences in repair and maintenance of machinery.
To manage fleet of machines, equipments and vehicles, to schedule preventive maintenance and to attend to repairs and to train and lead mechanics for in-house repairs and servicing.
Have specific knowledge of electrical to supervise the usage of machinery and to ensure all safety measures and compliance regulation are strictly adhere to
Have working knowledge of supervisory and leadership principles, operate and manage the full spectrum of the workshop operation and function, motivate and lead the workshop team to achieve the desire result and productivity output
Daily and weekly reporting to Managing Director.
To work 6 days per week. May required to work 7 days a week in certain occasions.
