Responsibilities

• Take off quantities from drawings and site to prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Source, invite, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for pricing comparison.
• Prepare and submit interim payment claims; verify subcontractor claims based on work done.
• Identify, evaluate, and submit variation orders due to changes in scope or design.
• Prepare final account including all project costs, variations, and settlement with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist in compiling tender documents including pricing, technical data, and relevant forms for submission.

Requirements

• Candidate with 2 years and above experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction/interior work are welcome to apply.
