Family Weekend at Canberra Plaza: Taekwondo, Ballet, Language Classes and A&W
Canberra Plaza has put together a weekend guide for families, pairing kids activities with enrichment classes and a family meal. The route covers Kickmatic Taekwondo at #03-02/03, The Ballet School at #03-01, Beijing Language School at #03-12, and A&W at #01-04/26/27. Families can complete activities, learning and dinner in a single stop at the mall.
Kickmatic Taekwondo
Kickmatic Taekwondo operates from units #03-02/03 at Canberra Plaza and runs taekwondo classes for kids. The school gives children a structured way to burn off energy through martial arts training at the start of the family day.
The Ballet School
The Ballet School welcomes young dancers at unit #03-01 under its "Time to Dance" theme, built around "a little movement, music and confidence". A weekend session lets children dance it out before the family moves on to the next stop.
Beijing Language School
Beijing Language School at unit #03-12 invites families to "switch on learning mode" over the weekend. The school adds a language-learning component to the day, so children can fit in a lesson between play and mealtime.
A&W
Once the activities wrap up, A&W at units #01-04/26/27 serves as the refuelling stop. The menu covers burgers with lettuce and tomato, french fries, onion rings and cola drinks, matching the campaign tagline "Because activities make everyone hungry".
