"Clean 7-Eleven. I have to commend the staff here, especially a friendly Chinese uncle. The microwave food isn't bad, and I always come here to buy things at night; it's quite convenient."

It's open now. 7-Eleven is no longer a work in progress.

Poor staff, poor management. When I buy things there at night, I'm not provided with a receipt. Furthermore, employees chit chat too casually and loudly with each other inside the 7-Eleven, disregarding whether they are serving someone at the cashier or not. I brought an item priced at $1.80 to the cashier, but the cashier asked for $2.20, even after I mentioned it was labeled $1.80. He gave me excuses like the price I saw ($1.80) was for a set purchase alongside a meal, or some other nonsense, which I couldn't be bothered to argue over for 40 cents. Overall, I do not recommend patronizing this store. I'd rather walk a bit further to the nearby 24-hour Sheng Siong supermarket. I gave it enough chances; I won't patronize it again.

The Indian lady, likely in her late 50s, was very rude. I hope management addresses this. While in the queue, I asked if I could pay with paywave, but she ignored me. I waited until she finished with her current task, but she continued to ignore me. I asked again, and she replied in a loud voice, "Can't you wait? You are disturbing me." She could have simply replied with a yes or no; that's all that was needed. Totally ridiculous.

Rude cashier. I've visited this 7-11 a few times before, but I recently encountered a very rude cashier. While filling a Slurpee cup, the lid exploded (probably due to the gas), and a little bit of Slurpee landed on my shirt. I was going to ask the staff for some tissues to clean up the mess when the cashier raised her voice and asked, "What am I going to do about it?" The situation could have been handled much better.

"One of the staff, a middle-aged Chinese man wearing spectacles, is extremely rude. I have had a few encounters with him. The tone of his voice is unpleasant, and he throws the items we purchased. The customer service is VERY, VERY, VERY poor, and this is unacceptable."

"The staff is very friendly and hardworking. Goods are always well-stocked and neatly arranged."

I've been here once and met a rude, I think, Indian lady. When I was filling up a drink, I filled it a bit too much and she asked me to put it in a bag while sighing. Not the best experience, but the other workers are usually polite and very helpful.
