Poor staff and management. When I buy things there at night, I am not provided with a receipt. Furthermore, employees chit-chat too casually and loudly with each other within the 7-Eleven store, disregarding whether they are serving someone at the cashier. I brought an item priced at $1.80 to the cashier, but the cashier asked for $2.20, even after I mentioned it was labeled $1.80. He gave me excuses like the price I saw ($1.80) was for a set purchase alongside a meal, or some sort of nonsense, which I didn't bother arguing about for 40 cents. Overall, I do not recommend patronizing this store. I'd rather walk a bit further to the nearby 24-hour Sheng Siong supermarket. I gave it enough chances and won't patronize it again.

"One of the staff, a middle-aged Chinese man wearing spectacles, is extremely rude. I have had a few encounters with him; his voice is unpleasant, and he throws the items we purchased. The customer service is very poor, and this is unacceptable."

I've been here once and met a rude Indian lady, I think. When I was filling a drink, I filled it a bit too much, and she asked me to put it in a bag while sighing. It wasn't the best experience, but the other workers are usually polite and very helpful.

Rude cashier. I've visited this 7-Eleven a few times before, but I recently encountered a very rude cashier. While filling a Slurpee cup, the lid exploded (probably due to the gas), and a little bit of Slurpee landed on my shirt. I was going to ask the staff for some tissues to clean up the mess when the cashier raised her voice and asked, "What am I going to do about it?" The situation could have been handled much better.

The Indian lady, likely in her late 50s, was very rude. I hope management addresses this. While in the queue, I asked if I could pay with paywave, but she ignored me. I waited until she finished her current task, but she continued to ignore me. I asked again, and she replied in a loud voice, "Can't you wait? You are disturbing me." She could have simply replied with a yes or no; that's all that was needed. Totally ridiculous.
