I placed an order for pick-up via the McDonald’s mobile app at 6 p.m., but only received my order at 7:15 p.m., despite multiple reminders to the counter staff to check on it. Think twice before coming. While there were plenty of staff at the counter, they should in fact assign more people to the kitchen to expedite orders. Awful experience at this outlet.
Finally found a playground inside McDonald's here in the north.
Not huge, but good enough to keep the young kids entertained. They have a party room right next to the playground.
One of their staff, Ms. Sunflower 🌻 (if I remember her name correctly), was superbly kid-friendly! Thank you so much for your hospitality and help. 😃
Here's an edited version of the review, focusing on grammar and minor improvements while retaining the original meaning and sentiment:
"Ordered Crispy Hainanese Chicken 🐔 Burger 🍔 to celebrate Singapore 🇸🇬 National Day! Hainanese chicken rice is a famous Singaporean dish! It's Mediacorp celebrity Ben Yeo's recipe!
It’s available for a limited period only, and has a special dark sweet sauce tailored for the burger 🍔, just like how we eat Hainanese chicken rice.
The chicken looks like fried chicken. When you bite it, you'll taste a tad of gingery in it. Surprise! New taste! Not bad! The dark sweet sauce gives a sweet soya sauce taste, but it's thicker.
The playground has opened. Parents can sit at tables nearby, while enjoying and watching kids playing."
Huge outlet. Larger than average. It even has its own McCafe counter and a kids' play area. Plenty of seating available. The outlet encourages diners to use the kiosks and contactless payment, with only one manned counter available. On the other hand, there are 8 kiosks available. It gets very busy during weekends.
One of the McDonald's with the most spacious, air-conditioned, and well-decorated lounge, offering a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable, easily accessible seating and great views of Canberra MRT's breezy greenery, away from busy cityscapes. Love McCafé's Cappuccino, Green Tea Latte, and the varieties of artisan baked goods and pastries. Conveniently located in Canberra Plaza, with plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, groceries, sundries, electrical and telecommunication services, a community centre, and other amenities nearby. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, tender, loving, and skillful cooking, and warm service. A friendly, cosy, comfy, and welcoming ambience for romantic couples, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.
The takeaway Milos are always tasteless. Not only one, but two cups were the same — too little powder. This has happened not only once but a few times.
It was my first experience at this McDonald's branch, but it wasn't a very good one. I ordered pancakes but wasn't given cutlery or syrup. When I asked for syrup, I was then rudely questioned with, "How many do you want?!" I asked them to refill the chili sauce, but no one did. So, I went to ask for some packet chili sauce, and they then gave me a look as if I were a cheapskate for asking for packets to take home! I believe this isn't McDonald's service! Rectify this.
Utter chaos for the morning service. There was a 40-minute wait time. Mistakes in orders, lost order slips, skipped orders—anything that could go wrong, did. Ordering through Foodpanda is safer than being there. A sincere smile cannot overturn an insincere service.
