I just brought my 7.5-month-old baby to visit the clinic for the first time. Both the counter receptionist and Doctor Chong were super friendly and provided clear information. I asked additional questions which were not entirely related to my visit, and they answered promptly. This will be my family's go-to clinic.

Visited the clinic on 04/09/2023. Counter staff are nice and really helpful. Dr. Chong is really good, even gave tips on what food to avoid while having GE. Counter staff even provided me with a plastic bag when I requested, in case I vomited on the way back home. Good job to the staff and Dr. Chong.

The counter staff, Annie and Tabby, are patient and kind. They are very helpful and really nice. Dr Prem is professional, patient, and helpful. He answers both my husband's and my queries and is very knowledgeable on the government schemes for subsidies. Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasant one.

Dr. Chong is fantastic. He is a friendly and caring doctor who is willing to spend time explaining his views and concerns. I had my first PCR swab at his clinic. He was gentle and skillful, so I felt minimal discomfort. Highly recommended!

I visited the clinic for my annual flu shot and had a very informative and pleasant experience with Dr Chong. He took the time to explain at length the different flu vaccines in relation to the different strains of influenza in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, which I found very helpful. I was able to make an informed decision. A very caring and chatty doctor!

Wonderful experience with MyDoctor. I did my health screening in the clinic. The doctor is very professional and friendly. He patiently explained my health report in a detailed and clear manner, making it very easy to understand. Furthermore, the staff in the clinic are very friendly and attentive, putting me at ease. I had a bout of food poisoning and visited this clinic for the first time today. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. Paperwork was processed very quickly. Dr. Chong was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns in a friendly and patient manner. Will definitely come here if I am ever sick again. Highly recommend this clinic. 😊😊😊👍

Excellent service. Came here to take a Pre-Departure ART Test. Very friendly receptionist and the process was seamless. Doctor was professional, friendly and good at explaining the whole procedure, completely stripped away my anxiety. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes to complete, and I was sent the results in less than 30 minutes. After receiving them, you can also go to get a hard copy. Would highly recommend this place!

Got my pre-departure PCR done here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (needed to book a later appointment time to fit into our transit flight schedule). The swab test was administered very quickly and professionally.

The receptionist was friendly from the registration process to the end, even though she sounded a little hostile at the very beginning when she had to tell everyone strutting in that they couldn't come in. (COVID regulations meant most people had to wait outside the clinic.) I presume it's because she was just busy. Doctor Chong, who attended to me, is a very friendly doctor who seems passionate about what he does. He is diligent and prompt with his follow-up and patiently explains anything you may not understand.
