I waited so long for a single NRIC to be printed, despite there being no other customers. Why were they taking so long? The lighting and cropping of the photo were so bad. The lighting also looked like it had been done by a kid. The price was too expensive. Forty dollars for a single sheet of paper is way too expensive.

The work was very neat and clean. The first print cost $1.50, and from the next, it was 50 cents, I guess. They charged $2.50 for 3 pages.

Bad service, and the passport-size photo quality was very bad. The staff also showed an unprofessional approach. I waited 1 hour for the shop to open during usual working hours. The staff posted a notice stating they would be back at 6:30 PM, but they only arrived at 7:00 AM.

I lost my print document and returned to the shop to reprint, but the shop girl was not cooperative to help me reprint as she was having her lunch. It would only take two minutes to reprint, and I needed it urgently, yet she insisted I come back after 3 PM.
