Fast service after placing my order. Love their Lychee Mochi egg tarts. So yummy 😋. I can really taste the Lychee flavour, and the Mochi is soft and chewy – just the right consistency and texture. They should make it into a permanent menu item.

I love the food here. I frequently come here to buy KFC for takeout. The chicken is very fresh, and it's always served hot, especially the mashed potato! So good. Love it. Will always come back here. Please continue to be this good. I love it so much. 😍😍 Honest review from my sincere heart.

The staff were always nice to me, but whenever an issue arose, they made the situation seem much worse than it actually was. I once ordered “Fanta Grape,” and what was supposed to be a purple fizzy drink was actually a bland, clear fizzy water. The manager needs to have a look at this.

Ordered the Meltz buddy meal, but no Meltz was given! A la carte Meltz is $8.25, but I was given only a $3 token. HAH! Their maths isn't mathing! I am very disappointed and feel cheated!!!

I ordered a Zinger Box, but the crispy drumstick was tiny, just the size of my finger. The quality at KFC has dropped significantly. It's totally not worth the price anymore.

Always check your order upon receiving your KFC order in SG. I ordered a 3-pc original recipe meal (for children) but received hot and crispy instead! This isn't the first time KFC has mixed up customer orders, whether missing items or wrong items. Terrible!!! KFC management, you seriously need to acknowledge this issue and review the work processes for the whole of KFC SG.

I waited 30 minutes for my 3-piece original recipe chicken meal. Never encountered a KFC with such slow service. I recommend changing the management at this store. The two counter staff looked so lost and didn't seem to know how to handle customers. There was also no manager or team leader in sight. The kitchen staff looked like they didn't know where the original recipe chicken was. Everyone behind the counter was just standing around. Please improve. I appreciate the attempt at service recovery by upgrading my coleslaw to a large size, though.
