The service was terrible, especially from the chef who took my order when my aunt wasn't present. It doesn't deserve even one star.

The tteokbokki was very good, and the kimchi they provided was also good.

The staff there are quite rude, and the way they arrange their parcels is messy and untidy. They don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, which results in a very long queue.

They seem to have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also don't manage the separation effectively, so there's an extra queue for collections, which is slow because of all the people asking questions. Meanwhile, I can literally see my parcel (and have waited 30 minutes for it). Very poor management, and this has been going on for a long time without much improvement.

"Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they are trying to be as slow as possible so people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping others."

Avoid doing business with this shop. They are especially dishonest regarding payments or purchases.

The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected!
