A staff member named Helen was rude and had an attitude. She was an older person who wanted to take charge of customers' requests. I see so many bad reviews here, and I can understand why. The best part is that my feedback to KFC HQ received no response. Power... They don't deserve even 1 star.

Recently, I visited this outlet. I ordered a 2-piece meal. The food was very hot, crispy, and juicy.

This is a very bad KFC outlet. I've ordered 10 times, and 8 times there have been issues. Either the order is very late or not delivered, and the food always comes cold! They always promise it will never happen again, but it always ends up with the same outcome. The management is very bad.

Fairly small outlet, though plenty of seats were available when I was dining there. The burger bun was a tad hard, and the patty didn't seem fresh. The chicken was OK; the standard KFC affair.

The place is small, and preparation is slow. But the fries are much better than M Canberra. The promotional set, including one free chicken, is only 7.9.

I just ordered a Zinger meal with one piece of chicken that cost $4.65 and got a very small drumstick. I think it is not worth it for this price.

The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the manager (Telaga) is very friendly.

The vibe was nice, the food was tasty and was delivered fast, and the staff were kind.
