Small but comfy and not overcrowded. Friendly staff, Shakira.

Recently, I visited KFC. The outlet was newly renovated, the ambience was good, and the food was very hot.

Very pleasant dine-in experience in the newly renovated KFC at Canberra Plaza.

Food is good. Service staff are acco**mm**odating and welcoming.

Worst KFC outlet ever. Don't ever order delivery from them. They are often over an hour late, deliver missing items, cold food, overcooked food, or are a no-show. Order at your own risk.

I can't recall ever giving a 1-star rating, but I think the customer service center really deserves it. I have to include this feedback here, as I ordered my takeaway from this location. Why hire someone to reply when their replies are the same as auto-generated ones? None of my feedback was addressed. Why have a tracker system if it's not updated and accurate? I had collected my food, but the tracker was still showing 'preparing' (see picture). I trusted the KFC tracker and waited for about 25 minutes for nothing. I know this because the receipt stated it was served at 1:30 PM. The picture was taken at 2:09 PM, and the tracker was still showing 'preparing'. Disappointed with the tracker!

The fried chicken tastes like Tasting China burger, which was extremely delicious!! Her service was awesome too.

The food is fresh, and the staff are friendly and approachable.

Love the kind waiters there! They packed my order carefully and patiently.

The staff are friendly to me every time I go there to buy food.
