Thank you for going above and beyond for your patient, Doctor Chong Jia An. My mum and I are truly appreciative of your assistance and generosity in taking the time to go through her LPA in great clarity. Obviously, the effort with the elderly is comparatively doubled, but he was very patient and ensured she understood the terms and conditions. He explained things in a way that was easily relatable for an older person. I would certainly recommend MyDoctor@Canberra clinic for LPA; I learned a few important things myself as he explained. The genuineness he shows for his patients is a huge plus. Great job, Doc!

The queuing system was horrible. Initially, I saw I was 3rd in the queue, and I monitored my number closely. To my surprise, my queue number kept getting pushed back. I approached the staff and asked why. She explained that patients in front had missed their turn and were being slotted back in ahead of me. This showed a total lack of respect for patients' time, especially those who watch the queue closely to avoid missing their turn.

"Got my mum’s LPA and AMD done here. The queue system is fantastic. The number of people in the queue is displayed on a TV screen, so you know exactly how many patients are ahead of you. You'll get an SMS alert when it’s almost your turn, allowing you to grab some food at the nearby food court while waiting. Dr. Chong was extremely patient and detailed in explaining both the LPA and AMD to my mum, ensuring she understood the legal implications before signing. The service staff at the reception were also very friendly. Highly recommended."

Staff Annie & Rachel are very professional, and you can feel their warmth and patience when interacting with them. They make you feel very welcome and make my day. Thumbs up for the excellent job they do! 👍

A good clinic with a harmonious environment. The doctor in charge is understanding and patiently explains things if you have concerns. The three counter staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly on every visit.

Patient doctor and nurse went the extra mile, explaining to me how to have a healthy lifestyle. Health is wealth.

The curry fish head had a unique flavor. We also tried two other signature dishes: salt egg prawns and milky pork chop. The flavors were good, and the prawns were fresh. We went around 2 PM, so it was quite empty. It's usually packed, as the cafe isn't very big. I will come again to try other signature dishes.

It's a small eatery. I came here and tried their fish head curry and salted egg yolk lotus. The curry is nice and the lotus is yummy! We ordered a small portion, and we were stuffed to the max. The fish head curry has a lot of ingredients; they are not stingy with them! It's worth trying! I can't give 5 stars as we haven't tried other dishes yet. I will come back to try more!

We ordered the curry chicken and the snow white pork ribs. The food was nice. We ordered both in M size, which was sufficient for two people. The place was also clean. We went at 6 pm on a Friday, and it wasn't too crowded. The staff was quite polite.
