First time here for just a haircut (wash and blow dry included) to try their service. Very comfortable experience. My hair was not in the best condition, but Johnny did not comment much, which I appreciate. No upselling, minimal small talk, just focused on the haircut. He was mindful of not cutting it too short for me. Would definitely revisit for a treatment soon! Thank you!

I went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, May 9th, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in Sengkang branch). I sought some consultation from him regarding my hair, as I wanted to straighten it but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment. I must say I was very impressed with the outcome; my hair is soft and not too wavy, which is exactly what I'd been wanting. I had a few questions regarding maintenance and how to keep it long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him for the great service!
