Terrible. The pharmacist was late for work, arriving at 8:08 pm, which caused a queue of people to wait for him. There is always no pharmacist. This is a useless counter.

Swift and easy collection process for "Click & Collect" at this outlet. The cashier was friendly, too. Thanks!

The cashier was too slow, spending more than 5 minutes with one customer. It was ridiculous, so I walked off without buying anything.

The shoes are very comfortable. I bought a few pairs during the sale; worth it!

The staff and management are poor. When I buy things there at night, I am not provided with a receipt. Furthermore, employees chat too casually and loudly with each other inside the 7-Eleven, disregarding whether they are serving a customer at the cashier. I brought an item priced at $1.80 to the cashier, but the cashier asked for $2.20, even after I mentioned it was labeled $1.80. He gave me excuses like the price I saw ($1.80) was for a set purchase alongside a meal, or some other nonsense, which I couldn't be bothered to argue over for 40 cents. Overall, I do not recommend patronizing this store. I'd rather walk a bit further to the nearby 24-hour Sheng Siong supermarket. I gave it enough chances; I won't patronize it again.
