Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they try to be as slow as possible so people will just leave. In five minutes, there's a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposefully slow they are, which is frustrating. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people to avoid helping customers.

I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here; just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here seem unhelpful. I know it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should collect commission from Shopee if they aren't going to provide any assistance.

"A warning to all: Do not choose this as a Shopee collection point. The queue is very long, and you have to wait a long time. This long queue makes it nonsensical to choose this location. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider using this location again."

There's no separate counter for parcel collection. The staff chat freely, but ask you to queue and wait. I waited nearly an hour for one parcel.

Avoid dealing with this shop, especially when it comes to paying or purchasing anything. They are very dishonest.

The staff at work have a bad attitude. There are no procedures for handling things. If you need to pick up a package, you must leave it there. It's a waste of time. Basic courtesy isn't respected.

Bought 2 chocolate donuts at 11 AM. Tried to eat them at 4 PM, but they already tasted rancid. Gross. They had a stale, oily taste. It was probably from the day before. No quality control.

"If you don't buy a high-end birthday cake, Swee Heng only gives you one free candle and charges 30 cents per additional candle. I bought this cake with other cheesecakes (the overall price wasn't cheap) and didn't receive any free additional candles. I will think twice about visiting Swee Heng again."

This relatively new outlet has a great selection of baked goods and other products that you might not find in their other locations. Their items with cream cheese are my favorite. Recently, however, I've been seeing some flies hovering around and landing on the food that isn't in plastic packaging. I hope management will look into this and get rid of the flies.

Poor management and poor service. This outlet hasn't been selling margarine for the past month, allegedly because it's a small outlet. However, white bread and kaya are always available. I suspect that margarine is a controlled item.
