The receptionist was friendly from the registration process till the end, even though she sounded a little hostile at the very beginning (COVID regulations mean most people have to wait outside the clinic) when she had to tell everyone strutting in that they can't come in — I presume it's because she was just busy. Dr. Chong who attended to me is a very friendly doctor who seems passionate about what he does. He is diligent and prompt with his follow-up and patiently explains anything you may not understand.

Very good experience with MyDoc at Canberra. Counter staff (receptionists) are friendly and professional. Before visiting, I WhatsApped them to check on opening hours. They were responsive. Dr Chong is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He also gave good advice on what medication can/cannot be claimed under GE. Trusted clinic! (My visit was on 05-Sep-2022 evening.)

I brought both my parents-in-law to do their Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). The clinic has fixed slots for LPA appointments, but offers very good prices. However, I was really impressed by Dr. Chong's service. He explained the LPA terms in Mandarin and took pains to ensure the donor understood the implications. He then repeated the process for the other person to ensure they too were listening and understood. I thought that was very thorough and professional. I would recommend anyone considering doing an LPA to do so here with Dr. Chong. Thumbs up!

My Doctor@Canberra really impressed me with the staff's attitude. They explained clearly, with politeness and a good voice tone. I saw the counter staff explaining to a foreigner and giving advice. Thank you for making my first visit a good one.

Went for a consultation with Dr. Chong for a viral flu infection. He was kind and understanding of my needs. Consultation costs $25 on weekdays and $28 on weekends, fyi. Would recommend coming here for any medical needs :)

I registered online for NIR registration and sent WhatsApp messages to the number indicated on the website. Despite sending so many messages to inquire, I received zero response. I called the Canberra outlet and was advised by the lady who said this is handled by the back office, and she doesn't have their number. So, this clinic does not communicate with other outlets or departments. The conversation with the lady who answered the phone was like going to a wet market to buy vegetables. It was a terrible experience, and not professional at all.

Receptionists and Dr Chong are all super friendly! The clinic is located at the highest level opposite the water play area (you'll need to walk out of the mall). Highly recommend visiting this clinic! :)

I met Dr. Chong Jia An for a PCR pre-departure test. Excellent doctor. His work is superb; he did the swab test gently. I'm glad I visited this clinic. It was $140 per person, without consultation charges. I highly recommend this clinic.

Came to this clinic for the first time, and the attending doctor was really friendly and professional. The counter lady was also patient and friendly. Definitely my new go-to clinic when I am sick! :)

Went for a pre-departure PCR test on a public holiday. The results were out that same evening. An aunty at the front desk performed the registration pretty fast and politely. I faced some difficulties filling up the health declaration, but the doctor there was very helpful in guiding me. Overall, good job. Keep it up.
