I went to the shop just now to order porridge, and a fat lady said that the porridge was not ready and would only be ready around 9:00 to 10:00 am. Very bad; they should have stated the porridge's cooking and ready times. This was bad information for me.
Here are a few options, keeping the changes minimal:
**Option 1 (most minimal):**
"Expensive for a normal-tasting pau. Need to pay extra for a paper box?"
**Option 2 (slightly smoother):**
"Expensive for a normal-tasting pau. And having to pay extra for a paper box?"
**Option 3 (conveys annoyance more directly):**
"Expensive for a normal-tasting pau. And having to pay extra for a paper box!"
I'll go with **Option 1** as it's the most direct fix while maintaining the original question mark's rhetorical feel.
**Edited review:** "Expensive for a normal-tasting pau. Need to pay extra for a paper box?"
Took a passport photo from them. First of all, it's very, very expensive. Not sure if $15 for 6 photos is a normal price. Secondly, the editing was so, so horrible that my face looks like a cartoon. I asked for an unedited photo, but according to protocol, they couldn't. I'm not a fussy person, but if you do the editing until it looks so fake, that's an issue already. The edited photo looks so fake that my forehead and cheeks are different colors. Really not recommended.
Staff very rude and unfriendly. She spoke inaudibly, as if mumbling, and I couldn't even hear what she wanted to say. When I asked her again, she gave me a dirty look. The photo-taking skills were awful; the pictures were very ugly and dark. They insisted on a 30-minute wait before collection. I mean, the pictures didn't even seem to require that much editing time (since they were already so ugly). I will not come again.
