I visited this outlet twice, once to enquire about a SIMBA plan and once for Shopee collection. Both times: Horrible customer service. The lady at the collection counter is rude, and the guy at the main counter is always so slow. I think SIMBA is generally a good service, but perhaps you should employ different people at your countersāpeople who actually want to help your business and not destroy its name or service.

Useless staff They don't know the difference between prepaid and postpaid Expires after 30 days, and I was not informed of this! It was super inconvenient to travel all the way to Orchard! And the line is no good!

I had some issues with my online change of plans. I wrote several emails, but to no avail. Eventually, I went to the Canberra outlet to solve this once and for all. I paid to port my number to SIMBA, but the port-in request was rejected. (Perhaps staff typed my name incorrectly? No real explanation was given.) I had to pay AGAIN just to resubmit a new port-in request. The worst part is they donāt refund for their mistake in rejecting my port-in request. Imagine paying for a service, not getting it, and not even receiving a refund or any attempt to fix the mistake. Is this a scam?

Here's an edited version: Had a great lunch with parents after their strong recommendation of the restaurant's authentic and delicious Teochew cuisine. They had been there more than 5 times! Conveniently, the restaurant is also located in a heartland mall and right next to Canberra MRT. This is a great choice if you are craving that authentic and nostalgic Teochew cuisine at affordable prices.
