Here's the lightly edited review:

This branch is always careless with orders. This is not the first time I ordered a beverage without ice, and it came with a cup full of ice. The taste of the beverage is also not as rich as at other branches.
It's a ubiquitous Starbucks cafe with the usual Starbucks menu and merchandise. It's a nice, cozy place with good ambience. It might be a bit chilly, so bring your jacket. The downside is that, for dine-in, you can only sit for an hour.
Got three breakfast sets at $7.90 each as takeaway (they included a main and choice of coffee/tea), but the black coffee was disappointingly diluted! Even though it supposedly cost $2, especially since the mains in the set were $5.90 each à la carte.
On another note, the staff at the same outlet had been very friendly, even close to closing hours, when we visited last time.
Last night, around 10:30 PM, we went to Starbucks. When we asked the staff what time they were closing, one curly-haired staff member mentioned they were closing at 10:30 PM. So, we left and went to another nearby cafe. However, when we were nearby, the Starbucks cafe was still open. We checked the opening hours and saw that it was open until 12 AM on Saturdays. We felt the staff member was lazy and dishonest.
One of the few outlets that always have tables available, not as crowded as other Starbucks outlets. Service was very mediocre during my morning visit.
Empty chairs and tables were available (a stretch of high table, a round table with two wooden chairs, a round table with a sofa seat and wooden chair). I was just done with my meal and was waiting for my husband to return from the restroom before leaving. The Indian male staff came to me and asked, "Are you done?" — like I owed him something. Literally, "ARE YOU DONE?" I said yes, and only then did he proceed to say there was a group of three coming in. I wouldn't mind leaving the place, but the approach and the words used to inform me were kind of unpleasant. Moreover, there were empty tables everywhere too? Also, I probably only sat at that table for less than 30 minutes from when the food was ready. I was not hogging the table for more than an hour.
The group of three, which included a mom, her toddler, and a helper, came in. The mom was really nice and told me I didn't have to leave the table for them because they ultimately would only require the table with two chairs and would grab the baby high chair from the corner to place at the table.
Guess what? In the end, they sat at the empty table in front of me because when I left my table, the male staff didn't even bother clearing the plates and cups from it. So much for rushing me off when he didn't even clear the table right away for the mom. Lame.
The serving/pickup area seems to be the same spot where dirty cups and plates are placed after tables are cleared. Very unhygienic, in my opinion.
Anyway, the hot chocolate caramel drink was really damn sweet; I couldn't finish the whole thing.
The food tasted okay, albeit looking really unpleasant. The croissant was really very flat (like squashed flat) but still soft. It just looked very meh. One star for service, two stars for food.
Somewhat disappointed with the reward I redeemed earlier this afternoon. I paid half for a Venti Caramel Macchiato as a member’s privilege, but ended up with a bland drink. This is actually one of my favorite drinks, so I know what it should be like. Gone off the standard? Cannot maintain the proportions? How to ensure uniformity of drinks’ taste?
On May 17, 2023, I saw a medium-sized cockroach walking behind the blender. On May 24, I spotted a medium-sized cockroach again. I'm not sure if it was the same one from May 17. It was standing on top of the powder container. A female staff member tried to use a towel to push the cockroach away. You know what? My cup was right next to the powder container... I'm done!
