The cashier should be more attentive. The sign for queuing should be made clearer to customers. I still have to remind her that the aunty cut the queue!

Here's the edited review: I love the Ondeh Ondeh cake slice. The slight bitterness of the brown centre complements the saltiness of the coconut flakes and sweetness of the green pandan rim seamlessly. I will be back for more.

The cakes and bread are very sweet nowadays at this outlet. Could you please check why?

New resident in the North area, so I picked this place as a Shopee collection point. After reading the reviews, I was mentally prepared for bad service. Surprisingly, I collected my parcels twice today and I didn't face any issues. At 11:30 AM, there was no queue, so I immediately got my parcel. At 5:30 PM, there was a queue, but I saw at least 6 staff working, so I got my parcel within 10 minutes. So, I'm guessing feedback was taken and they are doing something about it.

The staff there are quite rude, and the way they arrange their parcels is so messy and untidy. They also don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, resulting in a very long queue.

Here's an edited version: It seems they now have a separate queue for parcels, but all the other people coming in for device consultations queue there anyway. They also never manage to enforce the separation, so now there's an extra queue for collection. Everything is still slow, though, because of all the people asking dumb questions, while I can literally see my parcel (I waited 30 minutes for one parcel!). This is very poor management, and it's been going on for so long with them doing nothing much about it.

Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they are trying to be as slow as possible so that people will just leave. In 5 minutes, there is a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are to piss people off. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people so they can avoid helping people.
