"What's the point of having a pharmacy when the pharmacist is always not around?!"

The shoes are very comfortable. It's the sales season, and I bought a few pairs during the sale. Worth it!

Terrible. The pharmacist was late for work, arriving at 8:08 PM. This caused a queue of people waiting for him. There is always no pharmacist. Useless counter.

One of the staff, a middle-aged Chinese man wearing spectacles, is extremely rude. I have had a few encounters with him. The tone of his voice is unpleasant, and he throws the items we purchased. The customer service is VERY, VERY, VERY poor, and this is unacceptable.

Poor staff and management. When I buy things there at night, I am not provided with a receipt. Furthermore, employees there chit-chat too casually and loudly with each other within the 7-Eleven store, disregarding whether they are serving someone at the cashier or not. I brought an item priced at $1.80 to the cashier, but the cashier asked for $2.20 for it, even after I mentioned it was labeled $1.80. He gave me excuses like the price I saw ($1.80) was for a set purchase alongside a meal, or some sort of nonsense, which I couldn't be bothered to argue about for 40 cents. Overall, I do not recommend patronizing this store at all. I'd rather walk a bit further to the nearby 24-hour Sheng Siong supermarket. I gave it enough chances and won't patronize it again.

I've been here once and met a rude, I think, Indian lady. When I was filling up a drink, I filled it a bit too much, and she asked me to put it in a bag while sighing. It wasn't the best experience, but the other workers are usually polite and very helpful.

The Indian lady, who appeared to be in her late 50s, was very rude. I hope management will address this. While in the queue, I asked if I could pay with paywave, and she ignored me. I waited until she finished assisting another customer, but she continued to ignore me. I asked again, and she replied in a loud voice, "Can't you wait? You are disturbing me." She could have simply replied with a yes or no; that's all that was needed. It was totally ridiculous.
