My husband had the worst eyebrow trim ever. He wanted straight brows but got arched brows instead. He used to have thick brows, and now they look horrible. You can look at the photo and judge for yourself. It doesn't take a professional to see that the brows are badly done. I was considering getting facials here before, but thank goodness my husband took the bullet. The beautician obviously has no aesthetic sense.

I have been with them for the last year. Sinyee has put in effort to care for customers, and I enjoyed how she does the facial treatments for me. She is very thoughtful, and I would recommend others try the facial too!

I recently had a facial treatment at the Celmonze The Signature branch at Canberra, and was attended to by a kind beautician, Sim Yee. From start to finish, I felt incredibly comfortable and at ease. Sim Yee took the time to understand my skin concerns and provided valuable recommendations without any pressure. Her genuine care and expertise made me feel like I was in the hands of a trusted friend. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely consider returning. Highly recommended!

I have been with Janice for the past few visits and I've noticed that my skin has improved a lot! I have much less acne, and my skin is calmer. Over time, I've also noticed that my skin is smoother and has fewer breakouts. All the facial visits were done professionally, with a good shoulder massage!

The manager seemed unwilling to listen to my concerns and kept redirecting the conversation to her staff, constantly blaming them instead of addressing the issue. This made the entire interaction feel unproductive and frustrating. I wasted my time traveling here, and in the end, nothing was resolved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place."

Compared to other outlets, the service was very slow.

The auntie at the stall is courteous and efficient. The egglets and waffles are freshly made. This outlet deserves a higher rating, at least.

The female employee working on December 18th intentionally ignored customers and didn't want to take any orders. Even when asked if we should come back later, she outright ignored us, avoiding eye contact and seemingly hoping no one would order.
