"I wanted to have some soup for dinner and tried the ramen from this eatery. I must say I really enjoyed the food. The noodles were cooked just right, not too tough, and the soup was yummy. I'm here again with my mum, and we tried different dishes. My mum likes the noodles and soup too. As her teeth aren't very strong, she thinks the texture of the noodles is just right as well. I'll take my daughter next time. Sorry, we were too excited to try the food and took a picture only after we started. 😋"

I always have an exceptional experience here – superb taste, premium quality, and fantastic service! Hence my weekly visits! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the toppings, like melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork and well-marinated shoyu eggs, are divine. What's even better is that the prices are surprisingly affordable. You get top-notch quality without breaking the bank. The value for money here is outstanding. The service deserves a special mention, too. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They go the extra mile to ensure a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or simply looking for a remarkable dining experience, this place won't disappoint.

I ordered their Tonkotsu ramen, but the broth didn't taste like real pork bone broth. The noodles were of poor quality. The chashu was thin, and I also didn't like the number of sesame seeds in the ramen. I don't think I'll be back.

Ordered the basic tonkatsu ramen and miso ramen. I preferred the miso ramen because it's more flavorful, but it can get a bit rich and salty as you eat it. I loved the spring onions! My family preferred the tonkatsu ramen.

I ordered the Char Siu spicy miso ramen. As someone who loves ramen, this ramen isn't bad, but it's not the best. Eating this ramen made me feel very cozy and warm. What I didn't like was that it wasn't spicy enough. As a spice lover, my go-to ramen option is always the spicy one. Though the broth wasn't very spicy, I thought it was rich and flavorful. However, for this price, there are better ramen options available. If the spicy miso ramen were spicier, I would really love it. Side note: I added a lot of the spice powder, but it wasn't spicy at all.

This ramen place is quite affordable, and the soup tasted good. A basic ramen costs $9, and it's an additional $4 for a side and a drink. The pork slice is very thin but nice, though the egg was a bit overcooked. I think it sat out too long before being served. I also noted some inflexibility in the restaurant; they don't allow moving or adjusting tables to accommodate the number of people in your party.

The watermelon wasn't fresh. I bought it on the way home, and when I tried to eat it, I noticed it had already turned sour, so I had to discard the whole piece.

I'm very satisfied with your cashier, Indrani. She's helpful and friendly. She approached me spontaneously when I was trying to use the "Scan N Go" machine. Thank you!

I have been served by Jessica Yip a few times and found her to be curt and unfriendly. She always had a long, stern expression, and there were no smiles or "please" and "thank you" when the payment transaction was complete. Her attitude was terrible. Seriously, NTUC should send her for retraining or place her in a non-frontline position instead of letting her ruin customers' buying experience and mood at the Canberra outlet.

I encountered a staff member named Indrani on Sunday, December 8th, 2024, at 7:30 PM, who was very unfriendly and seemed displeased when we approached the self-checkout counter. The machine stopped midway and called for assistance. When I approached her, she came unwillingly to help. I asked if I should weigh the apples, but she didn't reply or acknowledge me, simply walked away and returned with the price sticker, handing it over with a sullen expression. We don't want this kind of attitude. This was the first time I've encountered such a rude NTUC staff member!
