This branch is always careless with orders. This is not the first time I ordered beverages without ice and received them with a cup full of ice. The taste of their beverages is also not as rich as at other branches.
Absolutely horrible when it comes to delivery orders. I ordered an Espresso Frappuccino via GrabFood and requested it to be less sweet. However, I believe either the sugar syrup was on free-flow mode or the barista couldn't read order memos, as my drink is undrinkable. It’s so sweet I’m afraid of catching diabetes from just a few sips. What a waste of $9.
It's fully air-conditioned, and the place is clean. Prices are similar to other Starbucks stores. Staff is friendly and professional. I tried the coffee, and it tasted pretty good.
This Starbucks branch at Canberra Plaza has very open seating. I ordered the Toffee Nut Christmas Coffee drink to go. The consistency of the coffee drinks is good across all Starbucks branches, including this one. The Christmas cake is good but pricey. Overall, it's good to enjoy a Christmas coffee and cake every year-end.
Super slow service. Only one person taking orders and making drinks. I stood in front of the cashier for a few minutes until I couldn't be bothered and walked away. The lousiest Starbucks in Singapore.
The most friendly Starbucks outlet of all time. I had a super long list of requests, but the only barista, Terence, on duty dealt with my requests patiently. I would give 10 stars if I could. The Canberra Plaza outlet just became my fav Starbucks outlet in the whole of Singapore!
Last night, around 10:30 PM, we went to Starbucks. When we asked the staff what time they were closing, a curly-haired staff member mentioned they were closing at 10:30 PM, so we left and went to another cafe nearby. It turned out that when we were nearby, the Starbucks cafe was still open, and we checked the opening hours, which were until 12 AM on Saturday. We felt the staff was lazy and dishonest.
Nice cafe for a Sunday visit.

Somewhat disappointed with the reward redeemed earlier this afternoon. Paid half for the Caramel Macchiato in a Venti as a member’s privilege, ended up with a bland drink, which is actually one of my favorite drinks, so I know what it should be like. Gone off the standard? Cannot maintain the proportions? How do you ensure uniformity of drinks’ taste?
