Somewhat disappointed with the reward redeemed earlier this afternoon. Paid half for the Caramel Macchiato in a Venti as a member’s privilege, ended up with a bland drink, which is actually one of my favorite drinks, so I know what it should be like. Gone off the standard? Cannot maintain the proportions? How do you ensure uniformity of drinks’ taste?

One of the few outlets that always have tables available, not as crowded as other Starbucks outlets. Service was very mediocre during my visit in the morning. Empty chairs and tables were available (a stretch of high table, a round table with two wooden chairs, a round table with a sofa seat and wooden chair). I was just done with my meal and was waiting for my hubs to return from the restroom before going off. The Indian male staff came to me and asked, "Are you done?" — like I owed him something. Literally, "ARE YOU DONE?" I said 'yeah,' and only then did he proceed to say there was a group of three coming in. I wouldn't mind leaving the place, but the approach with the words used to inform me was kind of unpleasant. Moreover, there were empty tables everywhere too? Also, I probably only sat at that table for less than 30 minutes from the time the food was ready. I was not hogging the table for more than an hour. The group of three, which included the mom, her toddler, and a helper, came in. The mom was really nice and told me I didn't have to leave the table for them because they ultimately would only require the table with two chairs and would grab the baby high chair from the corner to put at the table. Guess what? In the end, they sat at the empty table in front of me because, when I left my table, the male staff also didn't bother clearing the plates and cups from the table. So much for rushing me off when he didn't even clear the table right away for the mom. Lame. The serving/pickup area seems to be the same spot where they put dirty cups and plates after clearing the table. Very unhygienic, in my opinion. Anyway, the hot chocolate caramel drink was really damn sweet — I couldn't finish the whole thing. Food tasted okay, albeit looking really unpleasant. The croissant was really very flat (like squashed flat) but still soft, though. It just looked very meh. 1 star for service, 2 stars for food.

Last night, around 10:30 PM, we went to Starbucks. When we asked the staff what time they were closing, a curly-haired staff member mentioned they were closing at 10:30 PM, so we left and went to another cafe nearby. It turned out that when we were nearby, the Starbucks cafe was still open, and we checked the opening hours, which were until 12 AM on Saturday. We felt the staff was lazy and dishonest.

We got three breakfast sets at $7.90 each for takeaway (each set included a main and a choice of coffee/tea). However, the black coffee was disappointingly diluted! This was despite it supposedly costing $2, considering the mains (whether in the set or Ă  la carte) were $5.90 each. On another note, the staff at the same outlet had been very friendly, even close to closing hours, when we visited last time.

The staff keep making mistakes. My order was very messy. It took 20 minutes to get my drinks, because she had already forgotten to make mine!

Super slow service. Only one person taking orders and making drinks. I stood in front of the cashier for a few minutes until I couldn't be bothered and walked away. The lousiest Starbucks in Singapore.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to delivery orders. I ordered an Espresso Frappuccino via GrabFood and requested it to be less sweet. However, I believe either the sugar syrup was on free-flow mode or the barista couldn't read order memos, as my drink is undrinkable. It’s so sweet I’m afraid of catching diabetes from just a few sips. What a waste of $9.

Ubiquitous Starbucks cafe with its usual menu and merchandise. A nice, cozy place with good ambiance. It might be a bit chilly, so bring a jacket. A downside is that for dine-in, you can only sit for an hour.

This branch is always careless with orders. This is not the first time I ordered beverages without ice and received them with a cup full of ice. The taste of their beverages is also not as rich as at other branches.

It's fully air-conditioned, and the place is clean. Prices are similar to other Starbucks stores. Staff is friendly and professional. I tried the coffee, and it tasted pretty good.
