The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They mumbled, making it impossible to understand them. When asked to repeat themselves, they became visibly annoyed. The photography skills were awful; the pictures were ugly and dark. They insisted it would take 30 minutes to collect the photos. Considering how ugly the pictures were, it didn't seem like they needed that much time to edit. I will not be coming back.
The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it, it was on the small camera screen. I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called to ask if I could retake the photo, the staff said they couldn't retake it unless the photo was rejected by the government and they received a letter as proof. Very poor experience. I will not recommend them.
Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible, and the lighting setup is a joke. It was a total waste of $16. Seriously, just don’t.
"Perhaps this wasn't owner-cooked. The Kimchi Soup with rice was served with Tang Hoon that was hard and uncooked. When we returned the soup to the stall, they recooked it for us, but it still wasn't ideal. The person at the counter didn't seem surprised by our return, though, so maybe it's a common occurrence?
I didn't realize some hawker/food court stalls, like this one, have continued to drop in standards. Where are the passionate hawkers of the past?"
The service is very bad! When I ordered food, the server didn't come to the cashier and made a mistake but was still angry with me. The service was bad, and the food wasn't nice; the rice was sticky.
