The staff there are quite rude, and the way they arrange their parcels is so messy and untidy. They also don't even have a separate queue for parcel collection, resulting in a very long queue.

Here's an edited version: It seems they now have a separate queue for parcels, but all the other people coming in for device consultations queue there anyway. They also never manage to enforce the separation, so now there's an extra queue for collection. Everything is still slow, though, because of all the people asking dumb questions, while I can literally see my parcel (I waited 30 minutes for one parcel!). This is very poor management, and it's been going on for so long with them doing nothing much about it.

Do not collect Shopee parcels here. I honestly think they are trying to be as slow as possible so that people will just leave. In 5 minutes, there is a queue of 10-20 people because of how purposely slow they are to piss people off. Staff will purposely slow down, pretending to do things for other people so they can avoid helping people.

I would not recommend collecting Shopee parcels here. Just spend the extra money for home delivery. The staff here cannot be bothered. I know that it’s not their main business, but I don’t think they should be collecting commission from Shopee if they’re not even going to help.

A warning to all: Do not choose this as a service point for Shopee collection. The queues are extremely long, requiring a very long wait. A queue this long does not make sense for choosing this location at all. Unless they have a separate counter for delivery collection, I won't consider coming here again.

No separate counter for parcel collection; staff were busy chatting, yet told customers to queue and wait. Waited nearly 1 hour for one parcel collection. 😤

The staff have a bad attitude. There is no procedure at all for handling things. If you want to pick up a package, you must leave it here. It is a waste of time. Basic courtesy is not respected!

They seem to have a separate queue for parcels now, but everyone else coming in for device consultations still queues. They also don't manage the separation effectively, so there's an extra queue for collections, which is slow because of all the people asking questions. Meanwhile, I can literally see my parcel (and have waited 30 minutes for it). Very poor management, and this has been going on for a long time without much improvement.
