Brought my child to see Dr Edwin Lee for the flu. Dr Lee's friendly and warm disposition calmed my child's anxiety for the ART test immediately. He was also very patient in hearing my concerns. The ladies at the counter are very friendly too. The wait time was also very minimal, and we were seen by the doctor quickly. Overall, it's a pleasant experience!

I just brought my 7.5-month-old baby to the clinic for our first visit. Both the counter receptionist and Doctor Chong were super friendly and clear in providing information. I asked additional questions which were not entirely related to my visit, and they answered promptly. This will be my family's go-to clinic in the future.

The counter staff, Annie and Tabby, are patient and kind. They are very helpful and really nice ladies.
Dr Prem is professional, patient, and helpful. He answers both my husband's and my queries and is very knowledgeable on the government schemes for subsidies. Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasant one.😊

Dr Chong is fantastic. A friendly and caring doctor who is willing to spend time explaining his views and concerns.
I did my first PCR swab at his clinic, and he was gentle and skillful, so I felt minimal discomfort.

This clinic is definitely one of the best I've experienced. The ladies at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Dr Chong was very friendly and professional. Definitely the best around Canberra!!!

The queue management leaves a lot to be desired. Registered at 9 AM, with an SMS indicating 2 patients ahead.
Through the HealthHub website, I noticed the number of patients ahead kept increasing to 4 or 5, then reduced to 3, and then went back to 4.
I went to the clinic to ask, and the receptionist shared they would ask the doctor.
Five minutes later, the receptionist shared they would move me to the next slot.
At 10:35 AM, more than 1.5 hours later, another patient went in, and I was still seeing 3 patients ahead of me.
If you're visiting this clinic, please note that even 2 patients ahead can still mean a more than 1.5-hour wait, as they will insert patients into the queue ahead of you.

My mum and I are truly appreciative of your assistance and generosity, for taking precious time to explain her LPA with great clarity. Obviously, the effort when working with the elderly is often doubled; however, he was very patient, making sure she understood the terms and conditions. He explained in ways that were easily relatable to an older person.
I would certainly recommend MyDoctor@Canberra clinic for LPA; I’ve learnt some important information myself as he explained. His genuine care for his patients is a huge plus point. Great job Doc!

Horrible queuing system. Initially, I saw I was 3rd in the queue, so I monitored my queue number closely. To my surprise, my queue number kept getting pushed back. I approached the staff to ask why. She explained that patients who had missed their queue then returned. Consequently, they were slotted in front of me. This shows a total lack of respect for patients' time, especially for those who closely monitor the queue to ensure they don't miss their queue.

I had a bout of food poisoning and visited this clinic for the first time today. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. Paperwork was handled very quickly. Dr Chong was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns in a friendly and patient manner. I will definitely come here if I am ever sick again. Highly recommend this clinic. 😊😊😊👍
