I met Dr. Chong Jia An for a PCR pre-departure test. Excellent doctor. His work is superb; he did the swab test gently. I'm glad about my visit to this clinic. It was $140 per pax, without consultation charges. I highly recommend this clinic.

Came to this clinic for the first time, and the attending doctor was really friendly and professional. The counter lady was also patient and friendly. Definitely my new go-to clinic when I am sick! :)

Went for a pre-departure PCR test on a public holiday. The results were out by the evening of the same day. An aunty at the front desk performed the registration pretty fast and politely. I faced some difficulties filling out the health declaration, but the doctor there was very helpful in guiding me. Overall, good job. Keep it up.

Here's an edited version: I went for a COVID-19 swab test. The receptionist was a bit strict, but understandably so given current COVID-19 rules and cases. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. All procedures were well explained before conducting them. Recommended.

Here's an edited version: "I went for an ART swab. The doctor wore only gloves and a face mask. After the swab, he placed my ART kit beside the previous patient's ART kit. There was hardly any communication between the doctor and me. While the doctor may mentally remember which kit belongs to which patient and might feel his PPE is sufficient, this does not appear to follow best practices."

I went in and started explaining to the doctor what was wrong, as it was my second visit. My previous visit was another GP. He cut me short and asked, "What's wrong?" I said, "I'm having a sore throat." He told me to open my mouth and said, "It's red. Take medicine and MC." It was a short consultation. He did not bother to listen to me when I was trying to explain to him that I had been having a sore throat for a week now. I will never visit Dr. Andrew or this clinic again.

Here are a few options, maintaining the original sentiment and most of the wording: **Option 1 (Slightly more formal):** "Treatment, consultation, and care seemed intended to manipulate your finances. Their medical advice appeared to be just for show. There are many other doctors in the area. I recommend them only for desperate visits; otherwise, Heartland doctors are not recommended at all." **Option 2 (Closer to original phrasing, minimal changes):** "Treatment, consultation, and care seemed to have the intention of manipulating your pocket. Their medical advice was just for show. There are many other doctors in the area. I recommend them only for desperate visits. Otherwise, Heartland doctors are not recommended at all." **Option 3 (Even more minimal, focusing on core grammar):** "Treatment, consultation, and care had the intention of manipulating your pocket. Medical advice was just for show. There are many other doctors in the area. I recommend them only for desperate visits. Otherwise, Heartland doctors are not recommended at all." I'll go with **Option 2** as it strikes a good balance between fixing grammar and keeping the original phrasing very close. --- **Edited review:** Treatment, consultation, and care seemed to have the intention of manipulating your pocket. Their medical advice was just for show. There are many other doctors in the area. I recommend them only for desperate visits. Otherwise, Heartland doctors are not recommended at all.

On December 6th, I called, but the line kept cutting off. I then went down to make a PET-ART appointment and was asked to WhatsApp. (They couldn't even make an appointment on the spot.) As of today, December 9th, there's still absolutely no news regarding my WhatsApp request. So please don't state standard operating procedures (SOPs) that promise "as soon as possible" if you genuinely cannot cope, and don't base your service on your mood when serving the poor patient! Regards!

Usually quiet and doesn't have a waiting time. But the doctor was pretty incompetent. Didn't seem interested in knowing more about the symptoms and was impatient. Prescribed medication which did not work.

Had a PCR test required for overseas travel at Myswab Chinatown and would highly recommend. Took the test at 9 AM and received the results at 3 PM the same day.
