A rip-off! $2.50 to print 3 A4 papers. The rude, impatient service staff printed the papers and charged me before I could even finish giving her instructions. I didn't make a fuss and just told her to print again. When I reminded her (nicely) of my instructions, she replied with much annoyance, saying she knew. Overall, it was a bad experience, both in terms of service and price.

Unhelpful service staff refused to advise or provide any service whatsoever. Had to cut the brochure myself and realised the margins were not aligned. The staff refused to do anything. A waste of money.

I usually don't leave comments at all, but this was a really agonising, traumatic, and distressing experience with Rachel, the Supervisor from Canberra Plaza. I never once raised my voice at her. She raised her voice at me because she didn't know how to print the paper the same way her colleague managed to set the printer settings and print for me the other time. Her answer to me was that she isn't technical, and she wanted to charge me for the two papers she printed that were her error. I suggest you don't go there.

I waited so long for a single NRIC to be printed, even though there were no customers. I don't understand why it took so long. The lighting and cropping of the photo were so bad. The lighting, in particular, looked like it had been done by a kid. The price was too expensive. $40 for a single sheet of paper is way too expensive.

Very poor experience with the salesgirl. Very emotionless and soulless. Even the game's NPC has more emotions and better interaction than her.

The work was very neat and clean. The first print cost $1.50, and each additional print was 50 cents. For example, they charged $2.50 for 3 pages.

Poor service, very bad passport-size photo quality, and an unprofessional approach from the staff. I waited an hour for the shop to open during its usual working hours. The staff had posted a notice stating they would be back at 6:30 AM, but they didn't arrive until 7:00 AM.

Lost my print document and returned to the shop to reprint. However, the shop girl was not cooperative in helping me, as she was having her lunch. It would only take 2 minutes for a reprint, and I needed it urgently, yet she insisted I come back after 3pm.
