Bad service, and the passport-size photo quality was very bad. The staff also showed an unprofessional approach. I waited 1 hour for the shop to open during usual working hours. The staff posted a notice stating they would be back at 6:30 PM, but they only arrived at 7:00 AM.

"If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff didn't even bother to adjust the lighting in the photo before printing (we printed an 8R family shot), unlike other shops. The picture is so dark and horrible. Please avoid this shop at all costs, no matter how desperate you are!"

Do not take passport or ID photographs here at the Canberra Plaza outlet. The images are terrible; the lighting setup is a joke. A total waste of $16. Seriously, just don’t.

The staff was nice when taking the photo, but when they showed it to me, it was on the small camera screen. I couldn't see the details of my eyes. When I called to ask if I could retake the photo, the staff said they couldn't retake it unless the photo was rejected by the government and they received a letter as proof. It was a very poor experience. I will not recommend them to anyone.
