Poor and rude service was provided by the staff when making payment at the Tampines Street 42 branch clinic. Poor service was also provided by the locum doctors when compared to Dr. Vincent or Ivan, who really listen to their patients' feedback.

I've been here about 3 times with my baby. It is one of the best clinics, and it will always be my preferred clinic. The doctors are clear with instructions on how to treat my baby. Receptionists are polite.

Unreliable clinic. Called the clinic on a few occasions and never had anyone answer. What is the point of having a contact number? Thumbs down.

Doesn’t add value to the consultation. It’s a business more than a clinic that truly cares about its patients. I definitely recommend other options around the area.

This clinic purposely refuses to pick up the phone. The reason given is "busy" when no patients are around.

Very helpful nurse (Aida) at the counter. She answered all my queries regarding vaccines and even followed up after my visit to the clinic.

The front desk is very accommodating. Dr. Kang is approachable. They understand your needs. The clinic is strategically located.
