Nice friendly doctor, but the counter staff need much improvement in their customer service.

The receptionists were lovely, and Dr. Ivan Tan was very friendly and explained the HPV vaccine well.

Why indicate operating hours are until 9:30 PM when there's no doctor prior to closing? If you don't intend to honour your operating hours, then don't waste my time.
