This is my favourite outlet, despite the long waiting time. However, today, a staff member came over and asked me to give feedback on the McDonald’s app. I would have been happy to give it, had it not been for her standing beside me, breathing down my neck and monitoring my every choice, asking me to keep clicking “highly satisfied” to support the branch. I was so annoyed. Even if this is just to gather support, I would prefer not to be forced to do it. Please just ask for genuine feedback. Thanks.

Everything came very slowly; I had to wait more than 30 minutes. When the order came, everything was cold. Today was even more 'ciak lat'; the fries had no salt. It had no taste at all. Damn 'ciak lat'... I won't come here anymore until they change the management. There are a lot of workers inside, but nobody can do anything? I thought that by coming late, I would get fresh and hot food. And it turned out to be a disappointment. 👎👎👎

Came here on a weekday afternoon at 2:30 PM. Ordered table service. Waited so long, but the food wasn't served; the tray of food just sat at their counter for God knows why. It wasn't even peak hour, and all the orders on the screen were consistently less than 5, so I'm not sure why all the staff were just hanging inside the kitchen acting busy? Before that, another tray full of food (in the photo, two sets of burger meals) for table service was on the counter even longer than mine. The customer also went to the counter with an annoyed look and took the tray himself. No one apologized at all. Really, the food and atmosphere here are alright, but the service is really very bad at times. Peak hours are the worst. At least a 45-minute wait.

I don't know what happened. Everything is so dry. It's as if they prepped too much for lunch service, but because it's the fasting month, no one patronized. So the food has been left out for hours! I got my order (dabao) around 3 PM and dug into the food just 10 minutes later. The food is so dry!! The curry nuggets are so dry it's as if they're going to turn to dust at any moment. And the fries—they are so stale and cold. It was the first time ever I only ate about a handful of fries and discarded them.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff was polite and assisted us well when I visited with my family. The place has a nice, huge, and welcoming ambiance. Special mention to Fiona of the McCafe staff, who made the best latte—she’s truly the best!

Since this McDonald's outlet opened, I was so delighted. The services and food quality were excellent. I almost ordered McDonald's from this outlet every week. But throughout the months, the standard dropped a lot. Especially with the new young staff, I hate to say it, but it's gone from bad to worse.

Fast food is no longer fast. I waited more than 30 minutes for my dine-in order. Simply not acceptable.

Here's the edited review: The queue and waiting time is more than 30 minutes at breakfast. They will display "serving now" (and have been for 5 minutes), but it's still not ready.

One of the largest McDonald's outlets in the northern part of Singapore. It has a new, nice, and cosy ambience. The seats are much more comfortable than those in most other outlets. As the McCafe is inside, it's nice to have a cup of coffee and chit-chat with friends in such a pleasant environment. They also have a little playground here for kids to have fun in air-conditioned comfort.
