Newly opened McDonald's at Canberra Plaza. I heard it's one of the biggest McDonald's restaurants and comes with an indoor playground for kids. I came for a morning coffee. It's spacious and not too crowded. Service is good, and there are USB charging stations at some of the tables.

Ordered pick up via McDonald’s mobile app at 6pm, but only received my order at 7:15pm after multiple reminders to the staff at the counter to check my order. Think twice before coming. There were lots of staff at the counter, but they should really put more people in the kitchen to push the orders out. Awful experience at this outlet.

Whether it's for food delivery or buying directly from here, the waiting time is terrible. Please work on it!

Finally found a playground inside McDonald's here in the north. Not huge, but good enough to keep the young kids entertained. They have a party room right next to the playground. One of their staff members, Ms. Sunflower 🌻 (if I remember her name correctly), was superbly kids-friendly! Thank you so much for your hospitality and help. 😃

Ordered Crispy Hainanese Chicken 🐔 Burger 🍔 to celebrate Singapore 🇸🇬 National Day! Hainanese chicken rice is a famous Singaporean dish. It's Mediacorp celebrity Ben Yeo's recipe! It’s available for a limited period only and comes with a special dark sweet sauce tailored for the burger 🍔, just like how we eat Hainanese chicken rice. The chicken looks like fried chicken, but when you bite it, you'll taste a hint of ginger. Surprise! New taste! Not bad! The dark sweet sauce tastes like sweet soy sauce but is thicker. The playground is open, so parents can sit at tables nearby while enjoying and watching their kids play.

Huge outlet, larger than average. It even has its own McCafe counter and a kids' play area. Plenty of seating available. The outlet encourages diners to use the kiosks and contactless payment, with only one manned counter available. On the other hand, there are 8 kiosks available. It gets very busy during weekends.

This is one of the McDonald's locations with the most spacious, air-conditioned, and well-decorated lounge. It offers a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable, easily accessible seating and great views of Canberra MRT's breezy greenery, providing a peaceful escape from busy cityscapes. Love the McCafé's Cappuccino, Green Tea Latte, and the varieties of artisan bakery items and pastries. Conveniently located in Canberra Plaza, it offers plenty of dining, shopping, banking, supermarkets, groceries, sundries, electronics, telecommunication services, a community centre, and other amenities nearby. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients, tender, loving, and skillful cooking, and warm service. A friendly, cosy, comfy, and welcoming ambiance for romantic intimates, groups, students, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

The takeaway Milos are always tasteless. Not only one but two cups had the same issue: too little powder. This has happened not only once, but a few times.

It was my first experience in this McDonald's branch, but it wasn't a very good one. I ordered pancakes but they didn't give me cutlery and syrup. When I asked for syrup, I was then questioned back in a not-very-nice way: "How many do you want?" I asked them to refill the chili sauce, but no one did, so I went to ask for some packet chili sauce. They then gave me a dirty look as if I were a cheapskate for asking for packet chili sauce to take home! I believe this isn't McDonald's service! This needs to be rectified.
