Utter chaos for the morning service. A 40-minute wait time. Mistakes in orders, lost order slips, skipped orders – anything that could go wrong, did. Ordering through Foodpanda is safer than being there. A sincere smile cannot overturn an insincere service.

On 5th April 2024, there were too many orders, and they couldn't cope. The manager did not stop the mobile order, which was the bulk of the orders coming in. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my ice cream.

One of the workers here, I believe her name is Carol, helped me find the Happy Meal toy that I needed. 🥹 Thank you so much for your hard work, guys!

My order took 40 minutes for one strawberry McFlurry for takeaway. I approached them and was told to wait at 32 minutes, and my number was then asked for at 37 minutes. I am nothing but speechless regarding this outlet.

I ordered a McSpicy burger with cheese and added extra cheese. When I got home and opened it up, there wasn't a single piece of cheese inside. I usually check my food when I pick it up, but I've never had a problem before. Today, the one time I didn't check, a problem did occur. They really cannot be trusted! WHERE IS MY CHEESE?! I PAID EXTRA FOR MY CHEESE! WHERE IS MY CHEESE!!!!

I asked them to check my order, and I had to call them 3 times just to wait for their reply. When they came and attended to me, they were quite rude.

McDonald's Canberra left out an item from a Grab Food delivery order. I lodged a request for the missing item. No reply. I lodged a complaint with Grab. Also no reply. Poor customer service.

It's a franchise, hence food quality and ambience **are** consistent. The staff were superb and much nicer than **staff at** other outlets.

Awesome and warm service provided by Carol (Canberra Plaza) – kudos to her for extending such immaculate service, even though it was nearing the restaurant's closing time. She never fails to make customers feel welcome each and every time. This is based on my own experience from the past few visits 👏. Truly an awesome McDonald's experience, and this is my way of thanking her.
