The staff were very nice and efficient. I am very happy I changed to SIMBA eSIM; I was still able to keep my phone number and got the cheapest price for data.

I visited this outlet twice: once to inquire about the SIMBA plan and once for a Shopee collection. Both times, the customer service was horrible. The lady at the collection counter was rude, and the guy at the main counter was always so slow. I think SIMBA is generally a good service, but they should perhaps employ different people at their counters who actually want to help their business, rather than destroy its name and service.

Been calling them for 3 days. Not a single call answered. Was thinking of signing up for their broadband, but not anymore. If I sign up and face a problem with the network or device, and if even 3 days of continuous calling cannot get them to pick up, then it's gonna be a nightmare in the future.

Joseph helped me with my phone setup, and was very helpful.

Ben and Keith are friendly, helpful, and fast in assisting me. I would recommend looking for them.

I would like to thank Crystal for her patience and help in processing my senior SIM card yesterday, 28/2. After installation, this pleasant lady gave me a good explanation and **demonstrated** how to check and top up my account and **manage** auto roaming. She **provided** clear answers to my queries. I am impressed by her positive and friendly attitude. A good **teamwork** atmosphere at this outlet, indeed!

On April 1, 2024, from 8:45 to 9:00 PM, there was a queue of about 5 people ahead of me. I witnessed a Lady service officer clear the queue with politeness and patience toward everyone. She explained the steps and made adjustments to my HP. She also guided us on how to DIY should we change the settings on the HP again. Professional and excellent service!

Tim from the Canberra branch was awesome! He was super patient and efficient in sorting out my issue. He made switching to an eSIM a breeze and even helped me out with processing my other SIM card quickly. Thanks!

Fast and easy. This is actually not a store, but more like a counter within a mobile phone store. The shop specializes in mobile phones and accessories. The Simba collection point is within the store. Collection was no-frills and fast. Highly recommended.
