On 5th April 2024, there were too many orders, and they could not cope. The manager did not stop mobile orders, which were the bulk of the orders coming in. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my ice cream.

One of the workers here, I believe her name is Carol, helped me find the Happy Meal toy that I needed 🥹 Thank you so much for your hard work, guys!

The order took 40 minutes for one strawberry McFlurry takeaway. At the 32-minute mark, I was approached and told to wait, and my order number was requested at 37 minutes. I am nothing but speechless regarding this outlet.

Very nice place with a kids' indoor playground! The staff is friendly, especially Zirah, who provides excellent customer service! Looking forward to visiting again!

Ordered a McSpicy burger with cheese and extra cheese. When I got home and opened it, there wasn't a single piece of cheese inside. I usually check when I pick up my food, but there's never been a problem before. Today, I didn't check, and wouldn't you know it, that's when the problem happened. This is really untrustworthy! WHERE IS MY CHEESE?! I PAID EXTRA FOR MY CHEESE! WHERE IS MY CHEESE!!!!

I asked them to check my order, but I had to call them 3 times just to get a reply. When they came and attended to me, they were quite rude.

McDonald's Canberra left out an item from my Grab Food Delivery order. I lodged a request to send the missing item. No reply. I lodged a complaint with Grab. Also no reply. Poor customer service.

It's a franchise; hence, food quality and ambience are consistent. The staff were superb and much nicer than at other outlets.

Awesome and warm service provided by Carol (Canberra Plaza). Kudos to her for extending such immaculate service, even though it was towards the end of the restaurant's closing time. She consistently makes customers feel welcome every time. This is based on my experience from the past few visits. Truly an awesome McDonald's experience, and my way of thanking her.

Plenty of seats are available, and some have USB charging. It can be quite noisy/chaotic during the weekends, as there’s a kids' play area at the back.
