Whether it's for food delivery or buying directly from here, the waiting time is terrible. Please work on it!

This is my favourite outlet, despite the long waiting time. However, today, a staff member came over and asked me to give feedback on the McDonald’s app. I would have been happy to give it, had it not been for her standing beside me, breathing down my neck and monitoring my every choice, asking me to keep clicking “highly satisfied” to support the branch. I was so annoyed. Even if this is just to gather support, I would prefer not to be forced to do it. Please just ask for genuine feedback. Thanks.

I saw two part-time boys kept poking and playing with each other. Others were busy doing orders, yet they either stood around or poked each other.

I don't know what happened. Everything is so dry. It's as if they prepped too much for lunch service, but because it's the fasting month, no one patronized. So the food has been left out for hours! I got my order (dabao) around 3 PM and dug into the food just 10 minutes later. The food is so dry!! The curry nuggets are so dry it's as if they're going to turn to dust at any moment. And the fries—they are so stale and cold. It was the first time ever I only ate about a handful of fries and discarded them.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff was polite and assisted us well when I visited with my family. The place has a nice, huge, and welcoming ambiance. Special mention to Fiona of the McCafe staff, who made the best latte—she’s truly the best!

Fast food is no longer fast. I waited more than 30 minutes for my dine-in order. Simply not acceptable.

Here's the edited review: The queue and waiting time is more than 30 minutes at breakfast. They will display "serving now" (and have been for 5 minutes), but it's still not ready.

Finally found a playground inside McDonald's here in the north. Not huge, but good enough to keep the young kids entertained. They have a party room right next to the playground. One of their staff members, Ms. Sunflower 🌻 (if I remember her name correctly), was superbly kids-friendly! Thank you so much for your hospitality and help. 😃

I waited 35 minutes for my takeout order during the dinner period. With the increase in residents and families in Canberra, this branch has been struggling to cope with the surge in demand and orders. This is by no fault of the staff, as it was clear that they were highly professional in their service but were simply overwhelmed. I would highly encourage McDonald's SG HQ to review the capacity of this branch and look at increasing its ability to cater to the rising number of orders.
