Excellent shopping experience, as they have Daiso and Threeppy both in the store. The store displays are neat and tidy, and there is ample space to move around; it's not cramped.
Another plus is that some items they offer are not commonly available elsewhere.
The Japanese are very selfish, and their staff is VERY RUDE! I asked if I could buy a small plastic bag for 5 cents. The front lady answered that they don't sell them. Then, I asked if I could have one for free, which also wasn't possible. In other words, the Japanese are selfish, as many online critics have stated. The staff lady then rudely pushed me to the Fairprice next door to get a bag, saying, "Fairprice got many bags, why should I come to Daiso to get?" My temper went all the way up! 😡👎👎
"This small Daiso outlet has a section for products priced above $2. Due to its size, the product selection is smaller than the sister outlet at SSC, but it's still pretty good. I was looking for UV resin, but unfortunately, they didn't have it."
"Very poor service. The staff was rude. I informed her about my daughter's sensitivity to oranges and asked to have the machine rinsed before preparing watermelon juice. She simply replied, "Have orange," in a rude tone and turned away. I've never encountered such service before when making the same request at similar establishments in San Francisco or Boost. Most of the time, they take allergies and requests seriously. This store's staff seriously has a very bad attitude problem. I hope she seeks help and feels better soon.
Also, the juices are super expensive and full of ice. I was only buying due to a lack of other options because of allergies. But now, I'd rather go to McDonald's and drink water."
Ordered a mango smoothie on February 25, 2025. The staff took three tiny cubes of mango from the fridge, and then took something from another refrigerator under the table and dumped it all into the blender. She hid tactically with her back so that we couldn’t see exactly what she added along with those three tiny pieces of mango. When asked what she added with the mango cubes, she insisted that it was just ice water. Calling your store a juice bar and mixing dubious ingredients to make your “fruit juices” is a big red flag to me. This will be my first and last visit. Please save yourself some trouble and stay away from this store.
Ordered a celery juice, without ice, for $6. It tasted extremely salty. The staff likely rinsed the juice blender with salt water, or washed and stored the celery using salt water. I won't be ordering juices from here again.
They should close down. The service is so poor, and the fruit is so expensive. I stood there for a few minutes, and they just ignored me, not bothering to attend to me. Plus, after cutting the rock melon, they used a towel to wipe the inside and then washed the towel. I don't know what other uses they might have for the towel. The fruit stall boss should go and experience the service, or send someone to spot check.
Second visit, but I encountered super rude and horrible service today. The large woman saw me standing there ready to order, but ignored me and just continued cutting her fruit. I stood there for a good 3 minutes and eventually walked away. I won't be buying from here again.
The service was horrible. The staff was impatient and rude. "Can't she chill?" 😂 Overall, it was a bad experience. The staff needs to work on their attitude and how they serve customers. 365 Juices should take action to professionally train their staff.
